All third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only. Where a platform offers an official partner directory, we are not in it, and we will never claim otherwise.

We provide account setup and structuring, agency and multi-client organisation, media buying, campaign management, app publishing support and related consulting. Our work is administrative and operational: we prepare, configure, manage and advise.

Anything a platform decides — approval, verification, spend limits, review outcomes, appeals, reinstatement — is that platform's decision and outside our control. We can prepare a strong submission; we cannot guarantee the answer.

This list is a product boundary, not a formality. We turn down paying work that falls inside it, every time, and no amount of budget changes the answer:

• Stolen, hacked or otherwise compromised accounts.
• Fake identities, fabricated documents or fake verification of any kind.
• Account hacking, takeover or unauthorised access to anyone else's property.
• Suspension bypassing, verification bypassing or evading a platform's enforcement.
• Unauthorised transfers of accounts, assets or business entities.
• Circumvention of app-store security, review or distribution controls.
• Cloaking, ad-review evasion or any technique designed to show reviewers something users will not see.
• Guaranteed approval, guaranteed performance or guaranteed reinstatement.

If a request turns out to fall in this list after work has begun, we stop and refund the unworked portion under the Refund Policy.

We do not promise approval, delivery timelines set by third parties, campaign performance, revenue, account longevity or any specific commercial result. Advertising outcomes depend on your product, offer, creative, landing experience, market and budget — most of which sit with you, not with us.

You remain responsible for what you advertise. That means your products and claims, your landing pages, your data handling, your consumer disclosures, and compliance with the advertising policies of each platform and the laws of every market you run in.

Regulated categories — finance, health, gambling, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, political advertising, crypto and others — carry additional platform requirements and, in many jurisdictions, licensing obligations. Meeting them is your responsibility. We will tell you what we know, and we will decline work we believe breaches a policy or a law.

Every platform's own terms of service govern your use of its products, and those terms change without notice to us. Where our advice and a platform's current terms conflict, the platform's terms win.

Some platforms restrict transferring, selling or sharing accounts. We provide account ownership and transfer services only where the applicable platform permits them, and we will say so plainly when it does not.

We settle in cryptocurrency. You are responsible for the legality of that method where you live, and for any tax reporting it creates for you.

We do not knowingly work with sanctioned individuals or entities, or accept funds we have reason to believe are the proceeds of crime. We may decline or unwind an engagement on those grounds and will say why to the extent the law allows.
