Privacy Policy

This policy covers personal data processed by AdScaleHub through this website and in the course of providing services to clients. It does not cover the practices of third-party advertising platforms, ad networks or app stores, each of which publishes its own privacy policy.

Information you give us. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, business name, email address, Telegram username, country, the platform and service you are interested in, your account type, budget range, campaign objective, app or website URL, and the content of your message.

Information collected during an engagement. If you become a client, we may process business registration details, billing information, campaign data, account identifiers and correspondence necessary to deliver the agreed services.

Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, which may include IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp, for security and reliability purposes.

What we do not want. Please do not send us passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment card numbers or special-category personal data. If you do, we will delete it and ask you to use a secure channel instead.

• To secure our systems and prevent abuse of our forms — legitimate interest

Website forms are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider’s form-handling service. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, stored in our Netlify account and forwarded to our business email.

We use a hidden honeypot field to reduce automated spam. It is not visible to human visitors and collects no personal data.

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of its own. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our hosting platform to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before those cookies are set.

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

• Our hosting and form-processing provider (Netlify)
• Email, storage and collaboration providers we use to run the business
• Advertising platforms and app stores, where you have asked us to act on your behalf and the platform requires the information
• Accountants, auditors and professional advisers, under confidentiality
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing purposes.

We work with clients and providers in multiple countries, so your data may be processed outside your own jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, depending on the countries involved.

• Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 24 months from last contact
• Client records and correspondence: for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years
• Invoices and accounting records: as required by applicable tax law
• Server logs: as retained by our hosting provider under its own schedule

We use HTTPS throughout, restrict access to client data to the people who need it, use multi-factor authentication on business systems, and never store client platform credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures proportionate to the data we hold.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email Adscalehub@outlook.com. We will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
