Start from what the card has to pay
The difference between these is not the plastic — there isn’t any. It is the controls: what the card is allowed to buy, how much it can hold, whether the number survives the first charge and whose name is on it.
Advertising & platforms
Cards that exist to pay advertising platforms and the store and console fees that sit alongside them, locked to those merchant categories.
Recurring & infrastructure
Cards for bills that arrive every month on their own — software seats, hosting, data, cloud and metered API usage.
Buying & suppliers
Cards for purchases with an end — a supplier order, a one-off placement, a flight and a hotel for a conference.
Teams & treasury
Cards handed to people and cards that hold more than one currency, both built for reconciliation at month end.
The full range
All 9 card programmes
Each programme is a different card, drawn as it is issued — its own scheme, its own surface finish and its own set of controls. Select one and the configurator below re-prices to it.
Controls on the Ad Spend Card
- Per-card monthly ceiling you set
- Merchant category lock to advertising platforms
- Freeze, unfreeze and re-issue on request
- Statement export by card, per calendar month
What buyers put it against
- Billing thresholds on live campaigns
- A separate card per ad account, client or brand
- Auto-billing that must not fail mid-flight
- Clean per-client reconciliation at month end

Plans
What Ad Spend Card costs on each plan
Issuance is a fixed set-up component plus a per-card component, and only the per-card part scales. That is the whole reason a larger plan is cheaper per card — nothing about the controls or the limits is reduced with it.

Rate card
Every fee we charge, published
No decline fees, no inactivity fees, no exit fees, no freeze or re-issue fees, and no margin hidden inside an exchange rate. If a charge is not on this list, we do not make it.
Card issuance
From $19 one-time
Covers the cards, the BIN registration work and the first month of the programme. Stated per configuration below.
Programme fee
$7 – $79 / month
Set by the plan, first month included in issuance, cancellable at any time with no exit fee. Prepay a year and you are charged for ten months.
Funding fee
1% – 3%
Charged on the amount you load. Set by the programme, then reduced by monthly volume on the tiers below.
Currency conversion
0.99% + network rate
Our fee, applied only when the merchant bills in a currency the card does not hold. The underlying rate is the network’s.
Extra or replacement card
At your plan’s per-card rate
Added to a live programme inside its plan ceiling at the same per-card figure the plan was priced on, not at the single-card list price.
Declined authorisation
No fee
We do not charge for a decline. The issuer and the network decide authorisations, not us.
Freeze, unfreeze or re-issue
No fee
Freeze a card, bring it back or have a number re-issued as often as you need it, on any plan.
Inactivity or closure
No fee
Close a programme whenever you like. Any remaining balance is returned to a wallet you nominate.
Swipe the table sideways to see every load band.
Three ways the price comes down
- Volume on the plan — up to 74% off the per-card issuance figure on the Scale plan
- Volume on the funding — the fee falls to as low as 1% on the highest monthly tier
- A prepaid year — twelve months of the programme fee charged as ten, on any plan
Minimum top-up $25 per request. Funding is invoiced in USD and settled in cryptocurrency; the balance lands on the programme once the transfer confirms on-chain, less the funding fee for that programme and tier. Conversion costs 0.99% on top of the network’s own rate, and only when the merchant bills in a currency the card does not hold.
Verification
What the issuer needs from you
The issuing partner runs this check, not us, and it happens before any card number exists. Documents go straight into the issuer’s own verification flow — never over chat, and never to us by email.
Cards in your own name
- Government photo ID in your own name
- A selfie check run by the issuing partner, not by us
- Proof of address dated within the last three months
- The wallet you will fund the programme from
Cards in your company’s name
- Certificate of incorporation and the registry identifier
- Directors and beneficial owners above the reporting threshold
- ID for the person authorised to hold the programme
- A company address and a description of what the cards will pay for
Boundaries
What we will not issue
Card issuing is regulated, and the answer below is the same for every client, every time — including where it costs us the sale.
Declined without exception
- No anonymous or unverified cards — every card is issued after a completed identity or company check
- No cards issued in a name that is not yours or your company’s
- No cards sold to disguise who is paying, or to stand in for a platform’s own verification
- No cards for chargeback abuse, trial farming or repeat sign-up schemes
- No cards for gambling, adult, weapons or sanctioned merchants
- No cash withdrawals, peer-to-peer transfers or crypto purchases on the card
What we do not provide
Being explicit about our limits protects your accounts and ours. Requests for any of the following are declined.
- Guaranteed platform approval
- Suspension bypassing
- Verification bypassing
- Circumvention of platform security
- Stolen or compromised accounts
- Fake identities or fake verification
- Unauthorised account transfers
- Cloaking or ad-review evasion
Process
From order to a card you can charge
Nothing is promised on a date we do not control. The issuer’s check sets the timing, and we confirm it in writing before you pay.
- Step 1
Choose the configuration
Programme, plan and BIN country. The price you see is the price charged, and the first month is in it.
- Step 2
Clear the issuer’s check
Your own ID or company documents, submitted into the issuing partner’s verification flow.
- Step 3
Fund the programme
Send crypto against your invoice. The balance appears once it confirms on-chain, less the funding fee.
- Step 4
Run, freeze, re-issue
Card details are released to your account email. Freezes, re-issues and top-ups are raised from your dashboard.
Questions
Before you buy a card
- Who actually issues the cards?
- A licensed issuing partner does, on a Visa or Mastercard BIN. We are not a bank and we are not a card issuer — we set the programme up, handle the funding in cryptocurrency and support you through it. The issuer runs its own identity or company check before a single card number exists, and the card is issued in your name or your registered company’s.
- What does the price on each card cover?
- The figure on a listing is a one-time issuance fee: the cards themselves, the BIN registration work and the first month of the programme. After that the programme runs at the monthly rate shown on the plan, funding a card costs the percentage shown on the programme, and currency conversion costs 0.99% on top of the network’s own rate. There is no decline fee, no inactivity fee and no exit fee.
- Which programme should I buy?
- Start from what the card has to pay. Advertising platforms and store or console fees sit in the advertising family; monthly software, hosting and metered cloud or API bills sit in recurring; supplier orders, one-off purchases and travel sit in buying; cards handed to named people and cards holding more than one currency sit in teams and treasury. If two look close, the difference is the control — a merchant category lock, a vendor lock, an automatic close after settlement or a per-holder ceiling.
- Why is a bigger plan cheaper per card?
- Issuance is built from a fixed set-up component and a per-card component, and only the per-card part scales. On the Team plan that part is discounted 30% and on the Scale plan 55%, which is why twenty-five cards land at a fraction of the single-card rate — as low as $5.36 a card. Nothing about the controls or the limits is reduced along with the price.
- Can I get a card without identity verification?
- No. Every card is issued after the issuing partner completes its check, and we do not sell anonymous cards, no-KYC cards or cards in a name that is not yours. If that is what you are looking for, we are not the right supplier.
- Will the card definitely work on my advertising platform?
- Acceptance is the merchant’s and the network’s decision, so nobody can promise it — including us. What we can tell you is which BIN types the platforms in your account are billing today, and we will say so plainly if a configuration is a poor fit before you buy rather than after.
- How do I fund a card?
- Send cryptocurrency to the address on your invoice. The balance appears on the programme once the transfer confirms on-chain, less the funding fee for that programme. The smallest top-up we process is $25, the funding fee falls with monthly volume, and a top-up request is raised from your dashboard so there is a written record of every load.
- What happens to money left on a card?
- It is yours. Close the programme whenever you like and any remaining balance is returned to a wallet you nominate, with no closure fee. Cards that are frozen or expired keep their balance until you ask for it back.
