Build the console you actually want
Four choices, one price. Change any of them and the country table below re-prices immediately.
Personal (individual developer)
Registered to you as a named person. Fastest route to a live console, and the public developer name is your own legal name on Google Play.
What you supply
- Government photo ID in your own name
- A payments profile you control
- Your legal name is shown publicly as the developer
New account — Google Play
Registered from scratch in your name, with no prior history to inherit and no previous owner in the audit trail.
What the console carries
- Freshly created developer profile, verified before handover
- No prior apps, policy history or strikes
- App signing and release tracks configured, nothing published
Country of registration
Google Play · Personal · New account by country

Prices are our own fee in USD, charged in cryptocurrency at checkout. Google Play Console charges a one-off registration fee charged by Google at sign-up; that amount is set by the store, published on its own developer pages and never collected by us.

Boundaries
What we will not do
Developer consoles are gatekeepers for user data and device access, so the answer below is the same for every client, every time — including where it costs us the sale.
What we do not provide
Being explicit about our limits protects your accounts and ours. Requests for any of the following are declined.
- Guaranteed platform approval
- Suspension bypassing
- Verification bypassing
- Circumvention of platform security
- Stolen or compromised accounts
- Fake identities or fake verification
- Unauthorised account transfers
- Cloaking or ad-review evasion
Process
From order to a console you control
Nothing is promised on a date we do not control. Timing is confirmed in writing before you pay.
- Step 1
Choose the configuration
Store, account type, age and country. The price you see is the price charged.
- Step 2
Send your documents
Your own ID or company registration, straight to the store’s verification flow — never over chat.
- Step 3
Registration or transfer
A new console is registered in your name; an old one moves through the store’s own transfer route.
- Step 4
Handover
Credentials, recovery, payout profile and paperwork, with support while you publish your first release.
Questions
Before you buy a console
- What is the difference between a new and an old developer console?
- A new console is registered from scratch in your name and has no prior apps, policy record or previous owner. An old console has been registered for twelve months or more and is moved to you through the store’s own ownership-transfer process, with the transfer paperwork included. The exact registration date is confirmed in writing before you pay.
- Should I buy a personal or an organisation console?
- A personal console is registered to a named person and publishes under that person’s legal name. An organisation console is registered to a company, publishes under the trading name and lets several people hold their own console logins. Google Play verifies organisations against a company registry; Apple requires a D-U-N-S number for the legal entity.
- Does the price include Google’s or Apple’s own fee?
- No. Google charges a one-off registration fee at sign-up and Apple charges an annual membership fee, both set and published by the store and paid to the store. Our price covers the console, its registration in the country you choose, and the handover pack.
- Whose documents are used for verification?
- Yours. Identity documents, company registration records and payout details all belong to the buyer. We do not register consoles against documents that are not yours, and we do not supply fabricated identity or verification material of any kind.
- Can you guarantee the console stays in good standing?
- No, and no one can. Approval, review outcomes, policy enforcement and continued good standing are decided by Google and Apple under their own terms. We hand over a console in good standing at the point of transfer and tell you in writing exactly what its record is.
