Four steps to your first order
Nothing is charged automatically at any point, and no step commits you to the next one.

Create your account
Name, email and a password. Company name and phone are optional and only used on the paperwork for your orders.

Choose what you need
Browse the marketplace by platform, tier, region or price. Every fee shown is our own fee in USD; platform spend and deposits are separate and set by the network.

Place the order and pay
Confirm your delivery details and an order reference and USD invoice are created. Payment is made in cryptocurrency from your own wallet, and you paste the transaction hash back.

Track it to handover
The order moves through its stages in your dashboard. Credentials and the written handover pack go to the email on the order once payment confirms and preparation is complete.

The sign-in boundary sits at one place only: the point where an order is created or paid for. That is the moment the paperwork needs an owner — an invoice reference, an email address for the handover pack and a record you can come back to. Everything before it is research, and research stays open.
If you would rather have the scope in writing before spending anything, send a quotation request instead. That route needs no account either, and the quotation can be tracked later with its reference and the email it was raised with.

A review can only be written by a customer whose order for that exact product has been delivered, once. Nothing on this site is seeded, bought or edited into shape.

Anything scoped rather than fixed-price is quoted in writing first, and the refund policy sets out plainly when money comes back.

An order results in account credentials and a written handover pack being transferred to a named customer. Tying the order to an account from the start means there is one place that holds the invoice, the delivery status and the handover documents, and one identity we hand them to.
Yes. The whole marketplace, every price, every specification and every service page is open without an account. You only need to sign in when you add something to your cart or continue to payment.
No. Quotation requests are open to everyone, and you can track a quotation later with its reference and the email address it was raised with. Raising it from an account simply keeps it beside your orders.
Nothing. Creating an account does not commit you to a purchase, and no payment details are stored — payment is made in cryptocurrency from your own wallet at the point you choose to order.
Invoices are denominated in USD and settled by cryptocurrency transfer. You send the amount from your own wallet and submit the transaction hash; nothing is ever charged automatically and we never hold your wallet keys.
