Common questions
- Where do I find my order reference?
- It starts with ASH and appears on the confirmation page and in every email we send about the order.
- How long does verification take?
- Most transactions confirm within 30 minutes. Networks with longer block times can take a few hours during congestion.
- I paid but the status has not moved.
- Make sure the transaction hash was submitted on the payment page. If it was, email us the reference and we will reconcile it manually.
