Process
How an engagement actually runs
Seven steps from first message to steady-state reporting. Nothing starts before you have a written scope, and nothing is billed that is not in it.
Seven steps
From enquiry to optimisation
Timelines depend on platform verification queues, which we do not control. Everything on our side of the process has a committed turnaround.
- 01
Discovery call
We map your objective, target markets, budget range and any platform history that affects eligibility.
- Objectives, KPIs and measurement setup
- Target markets and language coverage
- Existing accounts, assets and constraints
- 02
Scope & quotation
You receive a written scope covering platforms, deliverables, timelines, fees and what is explicitly out of scope.
- Platform and service breakdown
- Fee structure and billing cadence
- Documented assumptions and exclusions
- 03
Onboarding & verification
We collect the business documentation each platform requires and complete our own client verification checks.
- Business entity and billing details
- Platform-specific verification requirements
- Access and permission model
- 04
Account & access setup
Accounts are created or connected under your ownership, with the correct roles for your team and ours.
- Business Manager / MCC structure
- Role-based access assignment
- Billing and payment method configuration
- 05
Build & policy review
Campaigns, tracking and creatives are built, then reviewed against the platform policies that apply to your vertical.
- Campaign and audience build
- Tracking and attribution validation
- Creative and landing page policy review
- 06
Launch & optimisation
We launch in controlled stages, then run structured optimisation cycles against the agreed KPIs.
- Staged budget ramp
- Creative and audience testing
- Bid, placement and source optimisation
- 07
Reporting & review
Scheduled reporting with plain-language commentary, plus a recurring review to decide the next cycle.
- Agreed reporting cadence
- Spend, delivery and outcome metrics
- Recommendations for the next period
Responsibilities
Who does what
Most engagements that go wrong do so because this was never written down. So we write it down.
What we are responsible for
- Written scope, quotation and assumptions before work starts
- Platform eligibility and policy review
- Account, campaign and tracking setup to documented standards
- Scheduled optimisation and a readable change log
- Weekly and monthly reporting on agreed metrics
- Prompt escalation of anything that changes cost or delivery
What you are responsible for
- Accurate business and entity information
- Timely provision of verification documents
- Ownership of accounts, payment methods and billing
- Final approval of creative, claims and landing pages
- Compliance of your product and offer with local law
- A named decision-maker who can respond within the agreed window
Communication
How we stay in contact
- Response window
- Within one business day on email and Telegram, unless your agreement sets a shorter window.
- Weekly summary
- A short written note on spend, results, changes made and what happens next.
- Monthly review
- A scheduled call with the full reporting pack circulated beforehand.
- Escalation
- Immediate contact on account restrictions, policy issues or material cost changes.
Billing
How billing works
- Setup and project work
- Quoted as a fixed fee against a written scope, invoiced on acceptance.
- Ongoing management
- A monthly fee based on platforms, complexity and market count — quoted individually.
- Media spend
- Paid by you, directly to the platform, on your own payment method wherever possible.
- Out of scope work
- Never started without a written change to the scope and your approval.
Start the process
A short quote request is enough to begin. You will hear back within 24 hours with either a written scope or the questions we need answered first.
