01Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or accepting a written quotation from AdScaleHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or engage our services.
Where you act on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
02Services we provide
We provide advertising account solutions, agency services, media buying and campaign management, specialised channel advertising, app publisher and developer account assistance, and app publishing services. The precise scope of any engagement is defined in the written quotation and scope document we issue and you accept.
Where this website and a written scope differ, the written scope prevails. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
03Independence and trademarks
We are not official partners of any platform. AdScaleHub is an independent service provider and is not an agent, reseller, representative or authorised partner of any advertising platform, ad network, app store or developer programme referenced on this site.
All platform names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References to them are descriptive only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
04Platform eligibility, availability and transfers
Account availability and eligibility are subject to each platform’s terms and policies. We cannot guarantee that any platform will approve an account, an application, a campaign, an app submission or a verification request.
Account transfers are only facilitated where the relevant platform’s terms permit them, and only with the participation of the legitimate account holder. We will decline any transfer request that we believe would breach a platform’s terms.
05Acceptable use and prohibited requests
We do not provide, assist with, or knowingly facilitate any of the following:
- Stolen, hacked or otherwise compromised accounts
- Accounts created using fake, borrowed or stolen identities
- Fake or fraudulent verification of any kind
- Account hacking, credential theft or unauthorised access
- Bypassing account suspensions, bans or enforcement actions
- Bypassing platform verification or identity requirements
- Unauthorised account transfers
- Circumvention of app store security, review or policy enforcement
- Cloaking or any other deception of platform ad-review systems
- Guarantees of platform approval, ranking or advertising performance
We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement, without refund of work already performed, where we reasonably believe it involves any of the above or would otherwise breach platform terms or applicable law.
06Your obligations
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete and current business and identity information
- Holding all necessary rights, licences and permissions for your products, services and creative
- The legality of your offer in every market you target
- Final approval of creative, claims and landing pages before publication
- Compliance with the advertising policies of each destination platform
- Maintaining your own account credentials and payment methods securely
You agree not to send us passwords, API keys, tokens or payment card details. Where access is required, it must be granted through the relevant platform’s own user-management system.
07Fees, invoicing and third-party costs
Our fees are set out in the written quotation you accept. Advertising media spend, ad network deposits, developer programme fees and app store registration fees are third-party costs, set by those third parties and payable to them. We do not set, guarantee or republish third-party pricing.
Invoices are payable in accordance with the terms stated on them. We may suspend services on overdue accounts after giving you written notice.
08No performance guarantees
Advertising results depend on your offer, creative, pricing, landing experience, competition, seasonality and platform auction dynamics. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, installs, leads, sales, revenue, return on ad spend, approval decisions or review timelines.
Any figures, examples or illustrations shown on this website are for illustration only and are not forecasts, projections or commitments.
09Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website are owned by AdScaleHub or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it other than for your own internal evaluation.
You retain ownership of your brand assets and of deliverables you have paid for in full, subject to any third-party licences. We retain ownership of our internal methods, templates and tooling.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or for any act, omission, policy change or enforcement decision of a third-party platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by giving the notice stated in the applicable scope document. We may terminate immediately where a client requests prohibited work, breaches these terms, or fails to pay undisputed invoices after written notice.
On termination, fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the date you accept a quotation is the version that applies to that engagement. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be notified to you in writing.
