Multi-Currency Card Scale — Hong Kong SAR BIN is the Scale plan of our Multi-Currency Card programme, issued on a Hong Kong SAR BIN. A card that holds several currencies at once and settles a charge from the matching balance, so a euro invoice does not become a conversion on a dollar card.

The fee above is one-time. The programme then runs at $79 a month, loading a card costs 1.99% of the amount funded, and currency conversion costs 0.99% on top of the network’s own rate when a merchant bills in something other than HKD. There is no decline fee, no inactivity fee and no exit fee.
We are not a bank and not a card issuer. Every card is issued by a licensed issuing partner under Visa or Mastercard rules, in your own name or your registered company’s, after that partner completes its own identity or company check. Authorisation decisions, merchant acceptance and the network’s own exchange rate belong to the issuer and the scheme, not to us — so none of them is something we can promise.
