Shopping & Supplier Card Scale — Singapore BIN is the Scale plan of our Shopping & Supplier Card programme, issued on a Singapore BIN. Reloadable cards for buying stock, samples and services online — marketplaces, wholesale suppliers, print and fulfilment vendors, with 3-D Secure prompts routed to you.

The fee above is one-time. The programme then runs at $79 a month, loading a card costs 2.25% of the amount funded, and currency conversion costs 0.99% on top of the network’s own rate when a merchant bills in something other than SGD. There is no decline fee, no inactivity fee and no exit fee.
We are not a bank and not a card issuer. Every card is issued by a licensed issuing partner under Visa or Mastercard rules, in your own name or your registered company’s, after that partner completes its own identity or company check. Authorisation decisions, merchant acceptance and the network’s own exchange rate belong to the issuer and the scheme, not to us — so none of them is something we can promise.

The programme then runs at $79 a month and can be cancelled at any time. Loading the card costs 2.25% of the amount funded, falling to 1.5% on volume, and is charged when you top up, never in the figure above.
